Lead national health, safety and environment strategy for a Canadian equipment-rental organization, with flexible location options within Canada. Twin Staffing is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Director of Health, Safety and Environment. You will build scalable systems across branches, service shops, yards, field operations and transportation. The work requires occupational health and safety expertise, incident investigation, training development and regulatory knowledge. Key Responsibilities:
Build and implement a national HSE management system Develop multi-year strategy supporting branch expansion and growth Maintain compliance across Canadian jurisdictions and transportation requirements Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective actions Conduct audits, site visits and hazard assessments nationwide Requirements:
