The team at Tuscany Dental Centre located in Calgary, AB is looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant on a full-time basis. The ideal Dental Administrator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure, and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:
- 38 hours per week
- Monday 9-5
- Tuesday 11-7
- Wednesday 9-5
- Thursday 7-3
- Friday 9-5
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 1+ year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
