Lead information management across Canadian infrastructure with BIM, GIS, and Document Control expertise in a flexible hybrid work approach. Turner & Townsend seeks a Director, Information Management to lead practice capability streams across Canada’s Infrastructure Segment. You will integrate PMIS and Data Engineering while shaping major infrastructure and aviation programs. The position combines program delivery, service line leadership, governance, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead BIM, GIS/Digital Twin, and Document Control capability streams
- Integrate PMIS and Data Engineering functions strategically
- Develop Information Management strategies and Target Operating Models
- Govern information lifecycle from requirements through operational handover
- Drive business development, proposals, budgeting, and service line development
Requirements:
- 12+ years in Information Management or related infrastructure experience
- 5+ years leading multidisciplinary teams and digital delivery functions
- Strong BIM, GIS/Digital Twin, Document Control, PMIS, and Data Engineering experience
- Expertise in information governance, TOMs, and asset information management
- Deep knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and digital delivery practices
- Apply information governance, BIM, digital twins, and program leadership to strengthen Turner & Townsend’s Canadian infrastructure practice.
