The Salvation Army Housing Specialist will assist chronically homeless individuals and families in York Region to obtain and maintain suitable housing through CTI-based case management via phone or home visits.
You will engage landlords, coordinate housing options, and provide ongoing supports including rent guidance, transportation, and advocacy to help participants achieve housing stability and regain independence.
