Position Summary
We are looking for a highly driven, intellectually curious Senior Product Manager to lead Trulioo's KYC Fraud & Risk product line. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role at the centre of one of the digital economy's most critical unsolved problems: consumer identity fraud and risk.
You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for KYC fraud and risk solutions — from strategy and roadmap definition through discovery, build, launch, and iteration. You will work at the intersection of identity verification, machine learning, compliance, and financial services.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own and continuously evolve the multi-quarter product roadmap for KYC fraud and risk solutions.
- Discovery & Customer Insight: Serve as the primary voice of the customer, regularly conducting discovery interviews with enterprise clients.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Lead cross-functional squads to deliver fraud and risk capabilities within expected timelines using agile methodologies.
What You'll Bring:
- 8+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion focused on KYC, identity verification, fraud detection, or risk decisioning.
- Deep domain expertise in KYC fraud.
- Hands-on experience working with ML and Data Science teams.
- Proven track record of owning a product roadmap end-to-end.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM, Business, or related field — or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with AML/BSA compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI/ML Ops practices.
- Prior experience integrating fraud APIs.
