Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily retail operations and store presentation standards
- Complete opening, closing, cash-outs, deposits, and documentation
- Supervise, coach, onboard, and support employees
- Respond to staffing issues and provide store coverage
- Support compliant customer service across regulated sales
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of retail supervisory or management experience preferred
- Valid CannSell certification or ability to obtain and maintain certification
