Lead proposal strategy and business development for Ensero Solutions from Vancouver, Saskatoon, Calgary, Toronto, Whitehorse, or remotely. Drive client growth across Canada. As Manager, Marketing and Business Development, you will oversee proposal professionals and support Development Leaders with strategic pursuits. The work spans capture planning, opportunity evaluation, proposal submissions, client accounts, marketing collateral, conferences, and reporting. You will align business development initiatives with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pursuit strategy, capture planning, and Go/No-Go decision support
- Manage proposals from capture through submission, presentation, and debriefs
- Oversee proposal teams, resources, performance, and accountability
- Maintain marketing collateral, conferences, templates, and brand consistency
- Develop dashboards and report business development and marketing metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 10+ years’ marketing experience in environmental consulting, mining, or relevant industries
- Complex proposal development and strategic pursuit leadership experience
- CRM/ERP, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
- Strong communication and cross-business-unit collaboration abilities
