You will shape pursuit strategy, analyze solicitations, create compliance matrices, and coordinate technical teams and subconsultants. The position also supports strategic pursuits, client presentations, conferences, and account programs. Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 10+ years’ marketing experience in environmental consulting, mining, or relevant industries Proven complex proposal, capture, and strategic pursuit experience Ability to influence senior leadership and align corporate objectives Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite Bring proposal compliance, capture planning, and environmental consulting experience to Ensero Solutions’ Canadian business development team.
