- Install and configure hardware/software for devices
- Manage and resolve service desk tickets efficiently

- Assist with New User Orientation activities
Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma in IT or related field
- CompTIA A+ Certification required
- Experience with Microsoft Server and Azure Active Directory
- Skilled in virtualization technologies like Hyper-V
- Familiarity with mobile device management solutions
