Tru Inc. is in search of a highly skilled QA Engineer to work on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions. This full-time position is based in Montreal, Halifax, Stellarton, or Toronto, with a hybrid schedule allowing for flexibility. Ideal candidates will validate configurations, test customer journeys, and ensure data integration meets established standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review requirements and develop comprehensive test plans
- Perform functional and end-to-end testing across SFMC components
- Validate data integrations and API-based connections
- Document and track defects through to resolution
- Conduct regression testing after changes or defect fixes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of QA experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Hands-on with Journey Builder and related tools
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
