You will hire, train, supervise, and manage staff performance, delivering premier service to Members and guests. Collaborate with Culinary, Beverage, Events and Stewarding leaders to ensure a premium dining experience while maintaining budgets and safety standards. Flexibility to work 7 days a week is required.
