Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day management across the property portfolio
- Coordinate inspections, repairs, maintenance, and capital improvements

- Ensure compliance with the BC Residential Tenancy Act
Requirements:
- Five-plus years in property management, leasing, real estate, or tenant relations
- Knowledge of BC leasing practices and applicable tenancy legislation
- Experience negotiating leases, renewals, increases, and tenant retention
- Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and relationship-management skills
- Valid BC driver's license with ability to travel between properties
