Design accurate, trusted payment experiences for TripArc’s travel platforms using Figma, research, and AI-assisted prototyping. Work hybrid from Downtown Toronto two days weekly. As TripArc’s Senior UX Designer, you will shape how advisors price trips, take deposits, pay suppliers, and invoice clients. Your work supports real-money workflows where accuracy, clarity, usability, and speed affect revenue and efficiency. You will own a product area within the Quote to Pay domain. Key Responsibilities:
Design workflows for pricing, deposits, supplier payments, and invoicing Understand operational constraints through deep user discovery Develop wireframes, prototypes, specifications, and documentation Define UX metrics tied to usability and business impact Use data to validate designs and improve outcomes Requirements:
Six or more years designing complex digital products Experience with high-stakes, data-dense interfaces Fintech experience in payments, billing, or accounting preferred Excellent communication and cross-functional influence skills Experience defining and tracking UX metrics Apply your senior UX expertise to TripArc’s revenue-impacting travel payment workflows, where trust and precision matter.
