Shape B2B travel platforms with Figma, AI tools, and systems thinking in TripArc’s hybrid Toronto design environment. Own complex product experiences end to end. As a Senior UX Designer, you will design for Destination Experts, Travel Advisors, and global DMC partners. You will solve operational problems across itinerary creation, pricing, booking management, and payments. The role combines discovery, interaction design, prototyping, delivery, and optimization for expert users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead UX discovery across user needs, constraints, and business goals
- Translate research into journeys, principles, and problem statements
- Prototype, test, and refine multiple solution paths
- Own product design from concept through post-launch optimization
- Partner with Product and Engineering on roadmap decisions
Requirements:
- Six or more years of professional UX design experience
- Experience owning complex B2B digital products or platforms
- Portfolio showing discovery, interaction design, and shipped solutions
- Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and shared design systems
- Working knowledge of WCAG and inclusive design practices
