Lead construction operations for Trim It All Inc. with hands-on expertise in project delivery, inventory control, and operational software. Work full time, permanently, on-site with travel to job sites. As Operations Manager, you will own day-to-day operations across trim, millwork, cabinetry, and interior door supply and installation. Reporting to the owner, you will build repeatable systems, guide Project Managers, and connect sales commitments with profitable, on-time execution. Your scope includes warehouse, shop, purchasing, scheduling, payment controls, and performance measurement. Key Responsibilities:
Establish disciplined sales-to-operations handoffs with complete project information Lead Project Managers through clear processes and accountability Oversee warehouse, millwork, trim shop, inventory, and purchasing Track productivity, scheduling, inventory, and operational performance KPIs Implement operational software workflows and usage standards Requirements:
10+ years in manufacturing, production, construction, or similar environments At least 5 years in a leadership role Relevant post-secondary education; business or supply chain an asset Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills Experience with CRM/ERP, Excel, Stack, Cieblink, or similar software Bring decisive leadership, operational discipline, and systems expertise to strengthen Trim It All’s growing Ottawa-region business.
