Lead Epic Connect due diligence across THP and HH, coordinating clinical, technical, governance, and transformation priorities across both organizations. The Associate Vice-President is the executive lead for planning whether Halton Healthcare should join Trillium Health Partners’ Epic environment. You will direct integrated work across clinical, technical, infrastructure, finance, privacy, security, legal, governance, communications, and readiness streams. The mandate includes reporting findings to CEOs and Boards while building regional digital partnership capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the due diligence strategy, roadmap, resources, budget, deliverables, and decision gates
- Coordinate Joint Steering Committee cadence and executive reporting
- Maintain THP’s primary relationship with Epic
- Design scalable governance, decision rights, escalation, and change processes
- Develop the proposed Epic Collaboration Agreement and operating model
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree and demonstrated continuous professional learning
- Graduate degree preferred in a relevant discipline
- Ten or more years of progressive leadership experience
- Senior accountability for large-scale HIS, EHR, or digital transformation
- Epic implementation, Epic Connect, or shared-instance experience strongly preferred
- Shape evidence-based Epic Connect decisions through executive governance, digital transformation leadership, and coordinated multi-organization partnership delivery.
