Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain detailed 3D models using Autodesk software
- Link model elements to project schedules for 4D sequencing
- Support visual planning of construction logistics and phasing
- Conduct clash detection and assist in resolving model conflicts
- Generate 2D documentation from BIM models
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D
- Understanding of MEP systems and construction sequencing
- Familiarity with Common Data Environments like ProjectWise
- Ability to maintain model accuracy and integrity
