CEMENT TWIN OPERATOR –WHITECOURT
The Cement Twin Operator is responsible for the safeoperation of equipment on customer location, and while in station.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure thatTrican's core value, "Safe equipment and operations" is thepriority in all activities
- Ensure adherenceto Workplace Safety, Environmental, National Safety Code, Trican WellService Ltd, government, as well as client policies and regulations
- Drive truckmounted pumping and bulk hauling equipment between locations safely andefficiently while under qualified supervision
- Perform pre-tripand post-trip inspections by accurately completing corresponding driverlog forms while remaining in accordance with Trican inspection procedures
- Keep unit bindersup to date including all permits, government regulatory paperwork, ironinspections, and maintenance documentation
- Rig-up treatingiron, manifolds and recording equipment
- Rig-out of allequipment for travel and conduct movement to following site
- Performmaintenance operations to pumping units and auxiliary equipment
Experience & Skills:
- Valid Class 1, 3or 5 licence required
- High schooldiploma is an asset
- Safe drivingskills; driver’s abstract will be requested
- Physically fit –heavy lifting required
- Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadershipand managerial skills
- Skilled inproblem-solving techniques
