This experienced Complex Care Support Worker role provides person-centred support for a young person with learning disabilities. You will work at home, during school transport, and in the community. Duties include daily living support, medication administration, and specialist complex care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred support at home and in the community
- Support school transport arrangements and daily living
- Deliver personal care and administer medication
- Manage PEG, tracheostomy, ventilation, and oxygen care
- Provide epilepsy management, suctioning, hoisting, and catheter care
