As an Outside Sales Associate, you will develop a career in high-end building materials focused on commercial roofing. You will partner with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for 18 to 24 months. The program provides comprehensive, hands-on training while you build sales abilities, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel throughout the assigned Central Ontario territory
- Partner with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative
- Participate in comprehensive hands-on sales training
- Develop commercial roofing sales knowledge and abilities
- Apply communication skills with construction customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Recent graduate or one to four years' sales experience
- Valid driver's license required
- Microsoft Office and computer application literacy
- Willingness to complete the year-long training program
