As Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily production floor operations and lead operators, technicians, and workers. You will coordinate workflows, monitor lines, maintain productivity, and minimize downtime. The position requires attention to safety, quality control, equipment troubleshooting, and accurate production reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign daily tasks and support production workers
- Coordinate workflows, lines, equipment, and materials
- Enforce safety protocols and company policies
- Inspect products and resolve quality issues
- Maintain production, timekeeping, and incident records
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Three to five years production experience preferred
- One to two years supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
- ERP SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred
