Key Responsibilities
- Assign daily tasks and support production workers
- Coordinate workflows, lines, equipment, and materials
- Conduct training, safety meetings, and audits
- Monitor quality, defects, waste, and equipment downtime
- Maintain production records, reports, and employee timekeeping
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Three to five years' production experience strongly preferred
- One to two years' supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Leadership, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
- ERP SAP and Microsoft Office experience preferred
