TreeHouse Foods seeks an HR Generalist for its Brantford facility manufacturing quality griddle products. This 20-month contract supports employees and management through recruiting, payroll administration, policy application, and workplace investigations. The position requires two or more years of related Human Resources experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain visibility and interaction with employees across all shifts
- Manage full-cycle hourly recruiting and employee orientation
- Enter and audit employee data in Workday
- Assist payroll, attendance, headcount, and recruitment reporting
- Address concerns and conduct workplace investigations professionally
Requirements:
- Two or more years of related Human Resources experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience and education
- Workday or Dimensions UKG experience preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- Manufacturing or collective bargaining experience preferred
