Lead third-shift production operations at TreeHouse Foods in Georgetown, Ontario, using leadership and safety expertise to support quality cracker manufacturing.
As Production Supervisor, you will oversee the production floor and lead operators, technicians, and workers. You will coordinate workflows, manage performance, and support productivity, quality, and safety. This full-time, on-site position requires occasional flexibility for alternate shifts and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign daily tasks and ensure production targets and schedules are met
- Coordinate workflows, production lines, equipment, and material availability
- Conduct training, performance feedback, safety audits, and meetings
- Resolve quality issues and minimize defects, waste, and downtime
- Maintain production records, reports, timekeeping, and incident documentation
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Three to five years in production or food manufacturing preferred
- One to two years in supervision strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
- ERP SAP and Microsoft Office experience preferred
