The position maintains resort quality standards, replenishes supplies, and responds to guest concerns. It also follows safety protocols, Resort Operating Procedures, and WHMIS regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize resort areas
- Strip linens, make beds, and stock housekeeping carts
- Replenish kitchenware, toiletries, and other guest supplies
- Respond to guest inquiries and escalate concerns when needed
- Maintain compliance with safety and operating procedures
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months related housekeeping experience preferred
- Familiarity with cleaning products, chemicals, tools, and equipment
- Detail oriented with organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or with others
