This Account Executive manages an assigned Mid-Market portfolio under the Inside Sales Manager. The work combines relationship management, renewals, cross-selling, and commercial growth across TransUnion's solutions. You will connect clients with data, analytics, risk, fraud, and other products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage allocated Mid-Market accounts through proactive outbound sales activities
- Identify cross-sell, renewal, expansion, and new business opportunities
- Advance inbound leads through relationship development and closing
- Maintain account plans, segmentation, touch points, and sales pipelines
- Track activities in Salesforce.com and recommend process improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, finance, marketing, or related field
- Five to seven years' sales or account management experience
- Credit reporting or related industry experience
- Proficiency in outbound telesales and strategic planning
- Broad customer relationship experience; French fluency is an asset
