Manage and expand TransUnion's Mid-Market client portfolio through strategic account planning, renewals, and outbound virtual sales. This remote position centers on relationship growth.
As an Account Executive, Inside Sales, you will defend existing relationships while securing new sales opportunities. The position emphasizes account segmentation, customer touch points, inbound lead management, and sales targets across TransUnion's full product line. You will partner with field sales when clients need more complex account management support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build account plans and implement tactics for allocated Mid-Market clients
- Set client touch-point frequency to develop pipeline opportunities
- Respond to inbound calls and emails supporting existing business growth
- Refer complex account needs to the field sales team
- Monitor sales effectiveness and improve account strategies where indicated
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, finance, marketing, or related field
- Five to seven years' account management or sales experience
- Experience in credit reporting or a related industry
- Knowledge of Mortgage, Auto, and Alternative Lending preferred
- Full product-line knowledge and broad customer relationship experience
