- Advise on policies, employment standards, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Degree in human resources or related discipline
- Five years of related Advisor, Business Partner, or Consultant experience
- Advanced human resources knowledge and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of labour law, employment standards, and collective agreements
- Microsoft Office proficiency and working knowledge of HR Information Systems
