The Communications Business Analyst supports employee communications through channel strategy, digital transformation, and operational improvement. Reporting to Communications Operations, Brand & Governance, this role partners with Communications, Information Services, and business leaders. It strengthens access to information for field and operational employees while supporting governance, budgeting, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead communications channel modernization initiatives and technology optimization
- Develop the Communications technology roadmap and investment priorities
- Support cross-functional digital transformation and employee experience projects
- Analyze budgets, forecasts, vendor expenditures, and performance
- Maintain communications policies, standards, and governance frameworks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant post-secondary business analytics certificate
- Four or more years of progressive related experience
- Experience supporting technology, process improvement, or communications transformation projects
- Ability to gather requirements and recommend practical solutions
- Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
