This role coordinates cross-functional activities across commercial, technical, financial, and operational workstreams to ensure projects are well-defined, commercially sound, compliant with contractual and regulatory requirements, and aligned with customer expectations.### **Key Responsibilities*** Lead the identification, evaluation, and development of turnkey project opportunities.* Define project scope, deliverables, preliminary timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.* Coordinate with internal teams including sales, engineering, procurement, legal, finance, operations, and service.* Develop and support technical and commercial proposals, including cost estimates, schedules, and risk assessments.* Manage stakeholder communications with customers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal leadership.* Support design coordination, solution development, and project planning activities prior to implementation.* Ensure alignment with applicable safety, quality, contractual, regulatory, and company standards during project development.* Monitor project development milestones and maintain alignment with scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.* Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage issues and change requests during the development phase.* Support contract review, negotiation input, and commercial alignment during project development.* Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, financial tracking, and development records.* Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, process standardization, and best-practice sharing.### **Required Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, project management, or a related field.* Several years of experience in project development, pre-construction, engineering, energy solutions, construction, or related environments.* Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects during early-stage planning and development.* Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, contracts, procurement, and risk management.* Knowledge of applicable health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.* Proficiency in project management tools and standard business software applications.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.### **Preferred Qualifications*** Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.* Experience in HVAC, energy services, building systems, industrial infrastructure, or capital project environments.* Familiarity with design-build or EPC-style project delivery models.* Experience working with external contractors, vendors, and customer stakeholders in multi-phase projects.### **Core Competencies*** Project planning and development* Cross-functional leadership* Stakeholder management* Commercial and financial acumen* Contract and risk management* Problem-solving and decision-making* Organizational and documentation discipline* Customer focus and relationship management### **Working Conditions*** Office-based with regular interaction with internal teams, suppliers, and customer stakeholders as required.* May require occasional travel depending on project development needs.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.### **Success Measures*** Well-developed projects aligned to scope, budget, and timeline expectations* High-quality proposals and development documentation* Effective risk identification and mitigation during the development phase* Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication* Compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards**연간 기본급 범위 또는 시급 기본급 범위**$85,816.66 - $120,084.99**보상 유형:**급여**인센티브 대상**Yes**판매 수수료 대상**No**면책 조항**: 당사는 이 직무에 대해 다양한 요소를 고려하여 경쟁력 있는 보상을 제공하기 위해 노력하고 있습니다. 실제 보상 수준은 경력, 성과, 지역, 학력, 경험, 출장 요건, 노조 소속 여부 등 여러 요소에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 당사의 보상 범위는 일반적으로 해당 국가의 전국 평균을 기준으로 산정됩니다. 또한, 복리후생은 지역, 사업 부문, 노조 참여, 직원 신분 등에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.이 공고는 기존 공석에 대한 것입니다. 해당 직책은 즉시 충원이 가능하며, 자격을 갖춘 지원자는 즉시 배치 대상으로 검토됩니다. #J-18808-Ljbffr
