Develop complex energy services projects with Trane Technologies using energy analysis, HVAC solutions, and cross-functional project leadership. Work onsite Monday through Thursday, with flexible Fridays. As a Senior Project Developer, you will support Trane’s Energy Solutions team in acquiring and executing design-build turnkey and energy performance contracting projects. The work combines project management, technical expertise, and sales acumen. You will develop scopes, cost estimates, savings analyses, proposals, and customer-facing financials for projects typically ranging from $2 million to $20 million. Collaboration includes sales leaders, engineers, project managers, technicians, customers, consultants, and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive energy services solutions and conservation measures Create HVAC scopes, engineering analyses, and system validations Lead design documents through construction and post-construction phases Develop project costs, financials, and customer-facing pro formas Support customer relationships, presentations, and acquisition teams Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering strongly preferred Minimum 10 years in energy or HVAC design or contracting Project management and cross-functional leadership skills Strong mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and construction knowledge Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Visio, and design software Apply project leadership, HVAC expertise, and energy savings analysis to advance Trane Technologies’ Energy Solutions projects.
