Develop energy services projects for Trane Technologies using HVAC solutions, energy analysis, and cross-functional project leadership. Work onsite Monday through Thursday, with flexible Fridays. As a Senior Project Developer, you will support Energy Solutions growth through design-build turnkey and energy performance contracting projects. You will work with sales, engineering, project management, technicians, customers, consultants, and subcontractors. The work combines project management, technical expertise, and sales acumen across projects generally ranging from $2 million to $20 million. Key Responsibilities:
Develop energy conservation and facility improvement solutions Lead HVAC scoping, engineering analysis, and system validation Manage designs through construction and post-construction documentation Develop project costs and customer financial pro formas Support acquisition teams with technical analysis and proposals Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering strongly preferred Minimum 10 years energy or HVAC experience Project management and cross-functional leadership skills Strong mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and construction knowledge Travel up to 25% within Ontario and Atlantic Canada Apply energy analysis, HVAC expertise, and project leadership to advance Trane Technologies energy services across complex customer projects.
