Tradesman Manufacturing is seeking an Afternoon Production Floor Supervisor to lead the shift, mentor a large team, and ensure safe, efficient production on the factory floor from 3:30pm to 1:00am. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on involvement to keep operations running smoothly.
You will report to the Production Manager, supervise 30–50 direct and indirect reports, organize training and recertification, track KPIs, and drive lean improvements while upholding Health and Safety.
