The Treasury Accountant manages banking transactions and prepares related journal entries. This role covers complex reconciliations, electronic payments, tax installments, and accounting analyses. You will also support audits, SOX controls, and treasury process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily treasury operations and inter-account bank transfers
- Record banking transactions and prepare journal entries
- Perform monthly and complex bank reconciliations
- Monitor electronic payments, transfers, and authorization procedures
- Communicate with institutions, providers, and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
- Relevant accounting, treasury, or financial operations experience
- Understanding of accounting principles and bank reconciliations
- Analytical, problem-solving, follow-up, and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel; French-English bilingualism
