A successful Desjardins Agent is looking for a qualified, motivated professional to join our growing team.
Our office is located in Richmond Hill—close to great shops, with an easy commute and no city traffic!

- Establishes personalized telephone contact with the client.
Creates a climate of trust conducive to the sale of a home or auto insurance policy.
Educates and advises our clients on our products, while adhering to the company's underwriting policies.
- Seizes all sales opportunities, solicitation and product offers.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for helping others.
- Sales-driven with the ability to identify opportunities and close sales.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience is an asset.
- OTL License and/or LLQP License is an asset or willingness to obtain.
