About the Job

Reporting to the Recruiting Manager and Lead, the B2B Sales Recruiter is responsible for owning the full-cycle recruitment process for our RaaS team. You will act as a strategic partner to sales leadership to identify, attract, and hire top‑tier sales talent.

Your primary goal is to build a robust pipeline of high‑performing B2B sales professionals (Account Managers, SDRs/BDRs, Inside Sales Representatives, and Sales leaders) to meet our current and future revenue goals. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques and a deep understanding of the B2B sales landscape. The ideal candidate is highly professional, adaptable, and results‑driven with exceptional communication skills. You must thrive in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment, managing multiple high‑priority requisitions simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Full‑Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end‑to‑end hiring process for all B2B sales roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong, consultative relationships with sales leadership to deeply understand their hiring needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and ensure alignment on recruiting.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of passive and active sales talent, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, and referral programs.
  • Interview & Coordination: Conduct, coordinate, and schedule video call or in‑person interviews for candidates with hiring managers, operations leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • Role Calibration: Assist in updating and revisiting position profiles based on calibration with Training, Operations, and the changing needs of the business.
  • Systems & Data Management: Manage the applicant pipeline in Workday. Perform all necessary administrative duties and record‑keeping to ensure all candidate data and information is accurate and up‑to‑date.
  • Offer & Onboarding: Facilitate the pre‑boarding process, including extending offer letters, managing negotiations, and initiating and monitoring background checks.
  • University and Organization Partnership: Coordinate and implement college/university recruiting initiatives, including attending virtual and in‑person career fairs.
  • Employer Branding & Networking: Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable "Great Place to Work" reputation. Attend local professional meetings and membership development events to represent the company and build our talent network.

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 2 to 4 years of expertise in sales recruitment, with a strong preference for backgrounds in the digital advertising, software, or technology sales sectors.
