This Marketing Communications Coordinator supports Canadian marketing programs across content creation, campaign execution, partner communications, and marketing operations. The work includes email campaigns, marketing materials, event support, and coordination with sales, product management, distributors, vendors, partners, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create content for campaigns, launches, webinars, training, and events
- Build, test, schedule, and deploy Mailchimp email campaigns
- Develop marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva
- Coordinate partner communications, registrations, reminders, and follow-up
- Track leads, campaign metrics, event logistics, and marketing documentation
Requirements:
- One to three years of relevant marketing or communications experience
- Experience with email campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organization, and detail skills
- Eligibility to work in Canada
