Analyze warranty expenditures and dealer KPIs as a Field Warranty Specialist with Toyota Canada Inc. in Calgary, AB, under a hybrid work model. This full-time Rank 5 position supports Toyota and Lexus Warranty, Extra Care Protection, and VSCLOC activities. Reporting to the Manager of Field Warranty, you will administer policies with dealerships to support customer satisfaction and consistent profitable processes. The work combines warranty analysis, dealership operations, training, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze Warranty and Extra Care Protection expenditures by dealer Perform warranty claim debits when necessary Conduct onsite and virtual warranty assessments Support Claims Processing System and policy training Collaborate with Warranty Claims, PQSS, VSCLOC, and Zone Offices Requirements:
Automotive, Business, related diploma, degree, or equivalent experience Minimum five years of warranty-related experience Dealership operations and collaboration experience is mandatory Strong mechanical aptitude and data analytical skills Valid G Driver’s License and frequent travel availability Apply warranty analysis, dealership collaboration, and customer service skills supporting Toyota and Lexus dealers across the Prairie Zone.
