Key Responsibilities:
- Match contracts to internal systems and verify terms
- Review contracts for completeness, signatures, and accuracy
- Ensure contract rates align with provided agreements
- Enter data accurately for contract completions
- Assist dealerships by resolving funding inquiries via calls and emails
Requirements:
- 2+ years in banking, finance, legal, or auto industry
- High School Diploma; college diploma or degree preferred
- Excellent English and French communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities for multiple priorities
- Must be available to work between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm
