Total Life seeks a technical leader for its national behavioral health telehealth platform. You will build backend systems, cloud infrastructure, APIs, AI products, and modern frontend experiences. The role combines company strategy, product design, healthcare infrastructure, security, and team leadership. You will work directly with leadership on the roadmap and help expand care for older adults. Key Responsibilities:
Write, review, and ship code across the stack Design and scale AI systems for clinical workflows Own architecture, infrastructure, security, and data integrity Translate company strategy into a technical roadmap Build and lead in-house and contract engineering teams Requirements:
Eight or more years of software engineering experience Technical leadership experience at a startup or high-growth company Modern backend, cloud infrastructure, and API design expertise Production experience shipping AI and LLM-powered products Strong product, design, communication, and ownership instincts Bring hands-on engineering, AI, product design, and healthcare technology leadership to Total Life’s next growth phase.
