In this role, you will assist local site teams by providing key safety oversight and ensuring compliance with OHS legislation. As a Safety Advisor, you will monitor work activities, conduct hazard assessments, and provide critical training to ensure site safety. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor safety compliance and support site personnel
- Conduct hazard assessments and mitigate risks
- Train workers on safety protocols and equipment use
- Report safety incidents and improve practices
- Assist with safety plans and general site housekeeping
Requirements:
- Safety designation (NCSO, CRSP, or equivalent)
- Valid driver's license and driving experience
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs
- Previous experience in safety-critical roles
