This manager oversees the full law student lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through evaluations, programming, events, and departure. The role also manages Toronto lateral associate recruitment and onboarding across all offices. You will coordinate law school relationships, guide recruitment processes, and partner with teams across offices to support consistency and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead 1L and 2L student recruitment execution
- Manage interviews, candidate data, communications, and offer letters
- Oversee student onboarding, mentoring, evaluations, and development
- Manage Toronto lateral associate recruitment through hiring decisions
- Coordinate lateral associate onboarding across all offices
Requirements:
- Business or Human Resources post-secondary degree or diploma
- Five or more years of relevant experience
- Two or more years managing or coaching people preferred
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office product suite
- Strong communication, judgment, organization, and client service skills
