Lead TTC fare collection and transit enforcement strategy with expertise in governance, revenue protection, and operational oversight. This regular daytime role reports to the Chief Operating Officer. The Executive Director provides senior leadership across Special Constable Service, Revenue Protection, and Revenue Operations. The mandate covers safety, security, regulatory compliance, customer-focused service, modernization, and organizational performance. Success requires strategic planning, risk management, financial stewardship, and stakeholder leadership. Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic direction, governance, and operational priorities Oversee transit enforcement, fare collection, and revenue operations Strengthen fare compliance and reduce revenue loss Advance safety, security, and modernization initiatives Represent TTC with agencies, officials, and community partners Requirements:
Significant senior leadership experience overseeing complex operational portfolios Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams Expertise in strategic planning, governance, and risk management Exceptional executive and Board-level communication skills University degree or equivalent education, training, and experience Bring executive leadership, revenue protection, and stakeholder expertise to TTC’s transit enforcement and fare collection portfolio.
