Lead operational modernization at Toronto Pearson by applying continuous improvement and capacity planning across Canada’s leading global hub airport. Help shape safer, efficient airport operations. Reporting to the Associate Director, Operations Modernization & Capacity Enablement, you will manage cross-functional initiatives from intake through close-out. You will translate operational data, forecasts, performance measures, and stakeholder input into practical recommendations. Your work supports modernization, planning effectiveness, capacity utilization, and cost effectiveness across Airport Operations. Key Responsibilities:
Manage modernization initiatives through implementation, benefits tracking, and close-out Sequence roadmap initiatives and coordinate governance with strategic objectives Translate operational insights into priorities and actionable recommendations Support integrated demand and capacity planning across airport functions Lead, coach, and manage direct reports’ performance Requirements:
Eight or more years of progressively responsible relevant experience People leadership, team supervision, or matrix leadership experience Experience in aviation or complex, high-volume operational environments Strong analytical, facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-support skills Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance Bring modernization leadership, operational planning, and data-driven decision-making to Toronto Pearson’s evolving airport operations.
