As Director, Concessions and Partnership Development, you will lead commercial planning across Toronto Pearson’s concessions portfolio. Your scope includes retail, food and beverage, lounges, advertising, sponsorships and partnerships. You will connect commercial opportunities with Pearson LIFT, terminal redevelopment, infrastructure and future airport growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Maximize concession revenue and profitability through commercial strategies Optimize tenant mix, pricing, yield and customer spend Lead forecasting, budgeting and portfolio governance Integrate commercial opportunities into capital initiatives Develop marketing, promotional and partner activations Requirements:
10+ years managing commercial revenue and profitability portfolios Broad experience in retail, hospitality, concessions or advertising Knowledge of commercial space planning and design principles Experience managing large-scale sales and forecasting portfolios Strong strategic, communication and stakeholder management skills Use concessions expertise, commercial planning and passenger insights to support Toronto Pearson’s evolving airport development and revenue objectives.
