This Supply Chain Specialist manages sourcing, contracts, inventory, and procurement services. The position partners with internal customers, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders to align market knowledge with business requirements. It supports supply continuity, operational effectiveness, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute compliant RFPs and RFQs
- Lead evaluations and communicate sourcing outcomes
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and value-added supplier solutions
- Draft contracts and obtain required approvals
- Monitor supplier performance and report KPIs
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in business or supply chain
- At least five years in supply chain or procurement
- Experience leading end-to-end sourcing and supplier evaluations
- Experience with complex contract negotiations
- Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
