The TCDSB maintains a roster of temporary and casual Supply Secretaries for as-needed assignments. The Board serves approximately 85,000 students in nearly 200 Catholic schools throughout Toronto. This opportunity requires Grade 12 or equivalent and Microsoft Office 2016 knowledge. Preference goes to candidates available Monday through Friday, five days weekly. Successful candidates must submit an original Vulnerable Sector Screening before starting employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cover employee absences through temporary or casual assignments
- Accept assignments from the TCDSB supply staff pool
- Support school operations during assigned workdays
Requirements:
- Completion of Ontario Grade 12 or equivalent, or higher
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016
- Availability five days weekly, Monday through Friday preferred
- Resume and cover letter addressed to Talent Acquisition Manager
- Original Vulnerable Sector Screening before employment begins
