As Product Support Coordinator, you will support the Service Department from work-order opening through execution. The position requires administration training, effective customer communication, and collaboration across departments. You will monitor work in progress, process purchase orders, and help schedule maintenance and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor work in progress with Supervisors and Dispatch
- Verify service work orders and complete invoices accurately
- Maintain current billing requirements from DBS and Exceptions lists
- Obtain customer purchase order numbers for processing
- Support managers, customers, departments, and service scheduling
Requirements:
- Vocational Studies or College Diploma in administration
- Efficient customer communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Word proficiency
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadline-driven tasks
