Toromont Cat is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Thunder Bay! The Warehouse Supervisor will effectively manage all central warehouse functions on a daily basis to operate a clean, efficient, safe and secure parts warehouse.

In a typical day, YOU will:
- Monitor and control day-to-day operations, incoming and outgoing stock order process and annual inventory counts
- Conduct regular inspections for all lift trucks and parts delivery vehicles and ensure they are properly maintained
- Plan for and/or build business case for capital expenditures
- Plan, hire and assign resources to meet demands of the parts department
- Address concerns of internal and external customers and resolve problems effectively
Must-haves for this role:
- College Diploma in Business combined with 5 - 7 years’ experience with a minimum 2 years’ supervisor experience
