Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of credit analysts and collectors across locations
- Align credit processes with corporate risk frameworks
- Monitor portfolio quality and recommend proactive risk measures
- Drive initiatives for DSO reduction and compliance
- Prepare market intelligence reports for informed credit decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce is essential
- 6-8 years of progressive credit experience required
- Proven experience with large volume AR management
- Strong client communication and relationship skills
- Background in industrial equipment is a distinct advantage
